EPM 2003 and WSS 3.0: it is possible?

hi all,

I was looking at the feature in the workspace in WSS 3.0 (for example
the opportunity to connect a document library direct in outlook...)

it is possible to upgrade wss 2.0 to wss 3.0 and use it with project
server?
