EPM 2003 creating project workspaces in WSS 3.0

Is possible to make EPM2003 create project workspaces in WSS 3.0 or
must be in WSS 2.0?

I think Dale meant you cannot use EPM2003 with WSS3.0.
EPM2007 ofcourse you can. ..
