EPM 2003 Timesheet data in not available in EPM 2007..

Hi,

I have migrated EPM 2003 projects to EPM 2007. After migration i am not able
to get the resources PWA Timesheet data in 2007, which stores data into
MSP_WEB_WORK table in EPM 2003.

Anyone have idea from which database and table in 2007, we can get the EPM
2003 PWA Timesheet data?

Hi Mukul,

Timesheet history data is not migrated. Timesheet data in the following
tables is not migrated:

MSP_WEB_WORK

MSP_WEB_ADJUSTED

MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS

However, timesheet periods are migrated. Also, all status data entered by
team members (for example, Tom worked eight hours on assignment X), does get
migrated. If you have a reporting system based on timesheet history, then
your reports will be affected and will need to be redone.

I have already seen this post on Microsoft site, hence i published this
issue on Microsoft forum.

Please help If anyone have other idea, how can get the PWA 2003 Timesheet
data in 2007 database because my client need all the timesheet records which
was filled in 2003 system.
All projects have been migrated successfully but I don’t know from where in
2007 database i will get the resources timesheet records.

To my knowledge there is no other way.

Another solution would be to run a SQL report to extract the information
that you require and display this in Project Web Access on Project Server
2007.
