am having problems with epm server

1- with normal user if he access the web page he cant find the projects the
message appares "there are no projects to view in project center.this is
because you might not have permissions on any projects or no projects are
published." we are sure there were projects and the permissions are set
correctly ,with admin user i can see the projects only

2- in the Edit Project iInformation site i cant find all information i can
the sections but no data inside it .. i thought the data is not there i went
to the Server Settings ---Enterprise Custom Field Definition all the
information are there in the Lookup Tables For custem fields if i click in
any one i can see the data but i cant see it when i go through edit Project
Information .



3- keep getting this event ID 6483 (Application synchronization failed for
Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Administration.SearchService.

Reason: Cannot open database "SSP_Search_DB" requested by the login. The
login failed.

4- i want to change the admin password i will change it from Active directry
and put the new password in all the services which are useing it is there any
place else should i reenter the new password such as the epm server ,web page
.....
