Hi,
I have been going through a lot of material for implementing EPM and it
talks about the process change. I am encountering a similar problem where the
processes are not in place in one of our clients.
I am not sure how to go about suggesting the changes... IS there any case
study or document in EPM that shows how to suggest/change the existing
processes so that it more standardized and EPM can then solve most of the
scheduling problems that the client is facing.
Please let me know.
