EPM2007 My Tasks View Options Not Holding

I am currently experiencing a problem on the My Tasks page. When users change
their view options to what they want to see and go to another page or log off
and then return to My Tasks, the settings do not hold. This is very annoying
for them, but i can't duplicate it on my machine. My options hold when I
change them. Does anyone know what might be causing this and where or what
settings I can check to correct this problem. I would tyhink when you change
you view options, they should remain changed for all as mine do. Any insight
would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi Rick F,

This could be either a cookie issue or permissions issue on the sharepoint
site. What happens if....

1. You log into his machine and try this - do your settings hold - if so,
sounds like a permissions issue.
2. Your user logs into your machine - do his settings hold - if so, sounds
like a cookie issue.

Thanks for the input Ben. One of the users is remote and halfway across the
country. I'll track down one of the local users to try this.

Which permission controls this so I can also check that aspect?
