equation is true but i can not bring the number i want

Dear all


i have two sheets
I want two prices of each sheet to be exactly equal with
the another two prices of the other sheet. I manage that
with function AND

How can i make a formula which will bring me a number
from a column E of sheet 2 when the equation AND is TRUE.?

how can i make it to search for a number and bring it to
me when AND is true?
