Equation of a straight line on excel

Hi! Would really appreciate any help basically I need to plot a graph from
an equation of a line. I havent got any data, just the equation. y=x squared+3
The graph should range from x=-4 to x=+4

Hi,

Simplest thing is to use some cells to store a set of X values and then
calculate the Y's

That's not a straight line; it's a parabola.
A straight line is y= m*x +c, where m and c are constants.
