Equations Word 2007 mouse free documentation?

jeez,

All tooltips should always include ways to do the same job without the
mouse. How could they forgot this?

Anyway, does anyone know where I can find a full list of all symbols that I
can use while writing an equation in office 2007?

eg:

/ ... a/b => formatted as
a
-
b

+- => becomes the symbol "x"
_x => subscript ...
^x => superscript ...

etc?
