ER Diagram

I'm guessing I have missed some really simple thing here. I just
installed Visio 2007 and I want to create an ER diagram and if
possible, point to a SQL Server 2005 instance and have Visio pull down
the tables and columns available. I don't want to reverse or forward
engineer, I just want to be able to create some documentation on an
existing database. I've done some research and went through help but
I can't find anything on what I thought would be a simple task. Any
help is appreciated.

The software was installed by someone on staff, so I don't have the
case. Looking at Help About, I can't tell but it looks to be just
plain vanilla Visio. regardless, there is no Software and Database
folder under New, nor is there a Database Model Diagram that I could
find. Is there some place to download the template? Any suggestions
are appreciated.

You appear to have Visio Standard, therefore you will need to get your
company to upgrade to Visio Professional.
