ER source model support is not installed

I have a Visio ER diagram created on a privies version of Visio. I have
installed Visio Pro 2003 sp2 and now when I open this file I get " ER source
model support is not installed "

I can see the table layouts but I am unable to view any of the property
values.

I am able to create an ER diagram from scatch but all versions before the
upgrade get this error.

Any help would be greatfull,
