Erase Aditional Toolbars in Outlook 2007

How can I erase an aditional Toolbars?, when I tried to customize the
Toolbars disapear, but at restart Outlook the toolbars show again.

Which toolbars are you referring too?
Outlook cannot control 3rd party toolbars; that's up to the addin which adds
the toolbar.
