S Suzanne S. Barnhill Nov 6, 2009 #3 From the Tables and Borders toolbar in Word 2003 and earlier. It's in Customize in the Table category (in Word) and can be dragged to a toolbar. The corresponding command in Excel might be Clear Contents or Clear Formatting (both in the Edit category with "eraser" icons). -- Suzanne S.
