Eric Ashton / Eric Palm : Please answer me !

Eric Ashton / Eric Palm, Microsoft

A couple of days ago, I posted below
question in the OfficeUpdate group.

It seems to me that there are lots of people
having similar problems as I do, but I have not
been able to detect an adequate answer given by
Microsoft personnel or others that will solve
this kind of problem.

Can you tell me what Error Code 57C means,
and what I should do ?

Best regards,
Per Nermo
