Hello all,
Just started with this error message---
When exiting program get a pop-up that states:
The file is in use by another application or user. C:\\documents and
settings......normal.dot
click OK and try to save but it won't
Then another pop-up shows up and states:
Changes have been made that affect the global template.
saves changes, I select no and then program closes.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
