Err Msg "Installation Error: File Not Found" during install

"A required installation file M4561403.CAB could not be found

I get this error message during install of Office 2k3 on Windows XP MCE machine even though the cab file is present. I've even tried installing off of the Hard Drive & unchecking the "Hidden" file attribute without any success

Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
