I have a user who tried to upgrade his spll check to check more than just
English. This caused an error to where it would not check any language. He
ran repair useing his disk but this did not help and it began the new error
of "This application has not been installed for this user please install this
application".
I removed and reinstalled the office package, did a regclean and then
restored to before he did the upgrade with no luck. He is not able to use
any of the office package at all.
