Error 0X8004010F with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003

This error only appears when you hit the send/receive button. Mail is
flowing normally, though. There is no error message with Outlook 2000
connecting to the same Exchange 2003 server. We are using Cached mode with
the Outlook 2003 client. Anyone know what the error is and how it can be
resolved?
