I can not send or receive and I get the error number
above. I can use OE, but not Outlook 2003. I have used
my ISP to get the settings right. I've turned off all of
the firewalls (that I can find) and I still can't figure
it out. Most of the explanations I can find on this
error code are related to networking, but I am a personal
user and not networked. Any ideas?
