Error 0x80040604 with Outlook 2007. It won't let me open message.

I have A LOT of trouble with my Outlook. Right now it won't let me open
messages.

It says the "information store will not let me open this message" and then
when I dig deeper I get the error above. HELP! PLEASE.

What is the FULL error message?
Are you trying to connect to a Hotmail account?
Have you converted the account to a Windows Live Hotmail email?
Then, installed the Outlook Connector?

trying to retrieve e-mail on Road Runner keep getting above error message
saying it has timed out. Have checked all settings and they are fine had RR
check it out they said it was outlook 2007 program
