error 0x8004210a

Hi,

I have a error 0x8004210a in my outlook 2002 in my
notebook Vaio (Win XP Pro).

Download SP2 office xp and nothings.

Other Pc I have run outlook 2002 with norton 2003 and not
a problem.

Please help me.
