everytime i try to send an email i receive error (0x8004210B)
i can receive emails fine
POP3 is mail.comcast.net
SMTP is smtp.comcast.net

Sounds like you're not properly authenticating to your outgoing server.

On the Advanced tab for your account, make sure that you haven't checked
"Use SSL" for your outgoing server. If the server you're sending through
doesn't support this, having it checked will lead to this problem.
