I can't get any mail from my pop3 server. I get error (0x800CCC0F).
My ISP suspects a firewall/virus checker problem.
Where can I get more info on this error?
Does anyone know how to get round this?
I use ZoneAlarm firewall & Norton antivirus.

Norton tools may require a complete uninstall/reinstall to remove the option
to scan incoming and outgoing mail. Sometimes disabling it just isn't enough
to get Norton out of the way. You don't need to scan incoming/outgoing mail
and it doesn't compromise your security.

Have you lengthened the server timeout value on the Advanced tab of your
account properties pages? Have you increased your send/receive interval?

You can also try deleting the .SRS file. This is a file in a hidden folder
so you need to unhide hidden files and folders, then do a file/folder search
for *.srs.

Post back and let me know if anything worked or was helpful.
