Error 0x800CCC0F

After configurating my isp email with Outlook I'm able to receive emails but
can't send email out. The message I get is...

"Task '(e-mail address removed) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) :
'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

Can you guys help me out...
