Error 10102

Hello.

I have a user that is receiving the error: 10102 this entity is not
checked-out to you when she tries to open a published project. I have forced
the check-in on the project and I am able to access the project, make
changes, save and check the project back in but when she goes to open the
published project in project 2007 the system believes that she still has it
checked out and only allows her to open the file in read-only and then
minutes later she will receive a message stating error: 10102 this entity is
not checked-out to you.

Any ideas?

Try deleting her local cache.
