Error 1101 Occurred in ...

A collegue copied out columns from a server file to a new file to be used
offline. They said that they did not include any resource loading in this
new off line file. Now, every time they try and save this file they get an
"Error 1101 Occurred in psMSPAppEvents::userExcludedFromPMProcess The
argument value is not valid." Is it possible to clear this message?
