Our family recently purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Home & Student for our
computer. The computer runs on a Windows XP operating system. When we go to
install the program, it proceeds to give something to the effect of this
error message: "Error 1303. No valid permission to access C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office. Please give this computer permission from the system
administrator to be able to update this folder." I've also looked into the
accesibility of the folder, and it has granted all permissions to the
administrator (our family... we're the only ones that use the computer) to
access this particular directory.
