Error 1304

Whilst trying to install Office Pro 2003 from disk I get this message about
half way through the install,
Error 1304: Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE
11\1033\BOTTSYLE\NAVBARS.INI. Verify that you have access to that directory.
Has someone please got any solutions?
