ERROR 1305 on win XP SP2 installing office 2000

Hi am trying to install office 2000 over the top of 97 98 as a upgrade but
keep getting an error message 1305 cannot access filename.dll please make
sure this file is accessable.

message when you install Office 2000 or Office XP". Another thing you can
try if this article doesn't help is to uninstall WinXP SP2, install Office
2000, and reinstall WinXP SP2.
