error 1305

i´m trying to install microsoft office 2000 small
business on my laptop. i put the disk in and it started
the installation process but then it stopped and this
message appeared:

Error 1305. Error reading from file:
E:/PFiles/MSOffice/1033/OUTLWVW.DLL. Verify that the
file exists and that you can access it.

i have windows 98 on my compaq laptop. i also tried to
install Dreamweaver and i think the same message popped
up during installation.

please help.
