Hi,

When installing Xp Professional I get Error 1309:

Error 1309. Error reading from file: C:\Documents and
settings\Sam Chapman\My
Documents\1cd2ff\FILES\PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE10\1033
\USPAN NTN.XML. Verify that the file exists and that you
can access it.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Sam. Are you sure it's Error 1309, not Error 1304? If it's Error 1304, then see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=321339
Error 1304: Error Writing to the File' When You Install Office XP or Office 2000.
You might also try copying the contents of the CD to a directory on your hard drive, then installing from the hard drive.
