Error 1311

To the Learned.

I can't seem to install Word 2002 on to my new system (XP
Home). I keep getting the error message 1311, saying to
verify that the source file MSWORD\OFFICE1.CAB exists and
that I can access it. Well, it does and I can. This is
most frustrating.

First try cleaning your CD. If that doesn't solve the problem then
