When I try to install Office XP service Pack 1, I get an
error message that reads: "Error 1328: Error applying
patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT15C.tmp. It has probably
been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified
by this patch. For more information contact your patch
vendor."
I have no idea what this means or how to correct it, if
possible.
The update evidently was downloaded but cannot be
installed. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
