Error 1335 Corrupted Cab file During Install of Office 2003

Is anyone else encountering an error 1335 on installation
of Office Pro 2003? All seems to go oK and in the middle
of the install either from network, CD or local drive,
the installation stalls and says the cab is corrupted and
can't be read. I sucessfully installed it on another
computer that did not have Office XP, and I'm beginning
to believe that this might have something to do with
that. Any ideas? Thanks for any help, HF
