Error (1580) occurs during Save As

Many times when I attempt a Save As using Visio 2000 SP1,
I get an error message and I can't find any explanations
in the Knowledge Base.
"An error (1580) occurred during the action Save As. DOS
file exists."
Has anyone else experienced this?
