Error 1605

When I open Excel I get the following error message:

Microcost Excel can't run this add-in
Microsoft Excel cannot install the necessary files due to
Windows installer error 1605.
ERROR_UNKNOWN_PRODUCT.

Please let me know how to fix this problem.
