Error 1706 Setup cannot find the required files

The file conversion utility of WORD was not loaded during
the setup of my MS Office Pro 2000 operating under Windows
XP. When trying to setup this utility The "subject" error
message appears. Apparently looking for file SBERET.MSI.
I could not find this file on either of my installation
CD's. What is going on?

you may want to look at this. Sounds like it's an xp "thing"
