Error 1706 using MOLP CD

Jim Wesley

I installed Office XP using a media CD received with our MOLP.

After completing installation it asks me to activate the Office. When It
goes through the motions in asks for the CD and the PRO.MSI file, but I
only have a CAG.MSI file.

How do I get around this???

Hi Jim,

If you're using the Media CD (CD#2) from Office XP
you'll need CD#1 for the Office XP Edition covered
by your license agreement to install MS Office XP.

CD 2 is Publisher and that was not installed. It's CD # 1, because it's
the one I used to do installation.
