error 1706: windows installer

We already had Office on our PC. and now when I try to
open it with my login(that's admin) it gives this error.
first it tries to install that but then since there's no
CD in the driver so it gives the error. I don't know when
I try to run it why it tries to install it ??

any help will be greatly appreciated cuz I am having
similar trouble with Labview6.1 too. I installed with an
admin login and now when I switch to any other logina dn
run the program it tries to instal that.
