1714 Error Old Version Cannot be Removed

I have MS Office Professional 2003, and recently downloaded BCMV2UPD.exe
which is a Business Contact Manager update. I am receiving all kinds of
errors such as "SQLEVN70.RLL error uninstall and re-install". Also the error
"1714 the older version of MS Office 2003 Outlook with Business Contact
Manage Update cannot be installed". Also, "Business Contact Manager cannot
load all of you date please try again later". And "There was a problem
connecting to the database engine". These errors, the first one occurs when I
turn my computer on, the others occur when I start Outlook 2003. I am at
release 11.8010.6568 SP2.
