Error 1904 - No MSSoap30.dll

I'm trying to install MS Project Server 2003 and keep
getting the error,

"Error 1904. Setup cannot register module n:\program
files\common files\mssoap\mssoap30.dll

and then it ends with no project server installed.

Strange 'cause there is no n:\program files\.. on the MS
Server 2003 and the n: drive is my personal document
folder on another machine.

Anyone got clues?
