While attempting to install Microsoft Project Server 2002
I keep getting the message
Error 1904. Setup cannot register module c:\program
files\common files\mssoap\binaries\soapisap.dll.
I followed the instructions in Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 324833 and I continue to get the same error
message.
Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?
