Error 1918 in setup of Office

HELP! During detect & repair of Office, I recd the
following : ERROR 1918 - Error in installing ODBC Driver.
Microsoft Text Driver (*.txt; *,csv) ODBC error 13: could
not load the setup or translator library. Verify that the
MS Text Driver (*.txt; *.csv) exists, and that you can
access it.

Using Win 98 SE. Tried to locate the files no luck.
Anybody have any ideas to help a neophyte woith this
problem. Thanx!
