ERROR 1919 and Color Problem

I could not change the font color or size when attempting to enter a note in
a contact.
I ran a detect and repair from the help menu.

I received the following error message:

ERROR 1919 configuring ODBC

Component not found in registry.

I do not know if this would have anything to do with using my fonts, etc

HOW CAN I REPAIR THIS ERROR MESSAGE AND GET THIS COMPONENT BACK INTO THE
REGISTRY?

Also, the colors on my Outlook are gone. How can I get colors back into the
Navigation Pane?

Exactly what colors are missing?
