error 1919 in office 2003 on vista machine

Does it say anything else besides Error 1919? I found some articles
about "Error configuring ODBC data source" with Office 2000 and XP.

If there's more to the error, please provide that information and we
can try to troubleshoot it further.

Hello,

I wanted to install Office 2003 but got an "error 1919". I've did a search
here but didn't find any solutions pertaining to Vista. Any help please?
