Trying to set up Publisher get:
Error 1926 could not set file security for file
c:\config.Msi error: 5

Try this: Add Everyone with full control to the
permissions for the c:\config.msi folder. NOTE: you
will have to enable the showing of hidden and protected
operating system files in tools and folder options of
windows explorer to see the config.msi folder.
