ERROR 1933

i keep getting this error when trying to install on my laptop.

Can't update one or more protected windows.
Have Windows XP.
Program is MS Project 2000

I too am receiving this error, but did not see any
replies. Did this get resolved off-line, or is it YAKMB
(Yet Another Known Microsoft Bug)?
