error 1933

Microsoft office 2000 Pro will not install to Windows
2000...it says i need to install server pack 4 which i
already have. then i get error 1933 which says i can't
proceed b/c of protected files. talked to tech at store
already, no help. anyone with insight?

Hi, Julie,

You should be logged in as the administrator, or someone with administrator
privileges, to install Office 2000. Have you checked permissions?
