I received thie error while installing project server
2003. Please help me to troubleshoot this problem.

I also received this error when attempting to install MSXML 4.0 SP2. I have not been able to find a solution. Several things that seemed to work for others did not work in my case. If anyone has a solution short of re-installing windows, please le t me know.
