Error 1935

I am trying to reinstall genuine MS Office Professional Plus 2007 in my pc
with windows vista home premium operating system. I have to reinstall it
because the computer became very slow and I reinstalled Windows Vista Home
Premium from CD I got with my laptop.

Now, the problem is I am getting following message and could not able to
install the office at all. Ironically, installing of yahoo messenger and
adobe flash player went smoothly.
The message:
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 encountered an error during setup.
Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component
{97F81AFA-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x800736B3.

Please help me

Office 2007 Professional Plus Edition is legitimately available only to
volume-license customers. You should talk to your company's computer
support staff if you have problems with the software.

Thanx for quick answer. Actually I purchased this MS Office Professional Plus
2007 from University located computer shop. It was sold to me as a student
copy. The vendor has made me understand that if I encounter any installation
difficulties, they will be handled by contacting the original software
manufacturer and NOT the vedor.

Again, as I wrote earlier, I installed it in this very computer running
Windows Vista Home Premium and have used it for almost 4 months. As the
computer became slow, I reinstalled the Windows Vista Home Premium and so
trying to reinstall MS Office Professional Plus 2007 too. Where, I am getting
the error that I mentioned earlier.

Please tell me something else to solve this problem
